Place Your Order Online

Shop from Takealot, Shein, Temu, TikTok, Facebook suppliers or any South African online store. At checkout, use our SA warehouse address as your delivery address.

💡 Format your name as: SPL + Your Name (e.g. SPL John Banda)

Notify Us Immediately

As soon as your order is placed, WhatsApp us with your order details, store name and expected delivery date to our warehouse. This is critical — it helps us identify your parcel.

We Receive & Log Your Parcel

Your parcel arrives at our Johannesburg warehouse at 76 Hilston Street, Kya Sands. We log it into our system, inspect it and confirm receipt to you via WhatsApp.

Pay Your Invoice

We send you an invoice for the transport fee based on weight. Pay via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or bank transfer. Send us proof of payment on WhatsApp.

Goods Are Packed & Dispatched

Your goods are securely packaged and loaded on our truck to Zambia. You receive a tracking number and dispatch notification via WhatsApp.

Collect or Receive Delivery

Goods arrive in Lusaka within 5–7 working days. Collect from our Lilayi Estates depot for free, or arrange door-to-door delivery in Lusaka for an additional fee.

Send Us What You Need

WhatsApp us photos, links or descriptions of the products you want. Include size, colour, quantity and any specific details. You can send links from Takealot, Shein, TikTok, Facebook or any SA store.

We Source & Send You Prices

We find the items, check availability and send you a full price breakdown — product cost, shopping fee and transport. No surprises.

💰 Shopping fee: K350 flat. Orders over K10,000 = 8% of invoice.

You Approve & Pay

Confirm the items you want. We issue your invoice. Pay via Mobile Money or bank transfer — we purchase only after payment is received.

We Purchase & Send Receipt

We buy your items immediately after payment. Full receipts for everything purchased are sent to you via WhatsApp same day.

Delivered to Zambia

Goods are packed and shipped to Lusaka. Arrives within 5–7 working days. Collect from our depot or opt for door delivery.

Share Supplier Details

Send us the supplier name, address and contact details in South Africa. Let us know what needs to be collected.

We Quote Collection Fee

We provide a collection fee based on distance from our warehouse. Minimum collection fee is K450.

Optional Inspection

Request a pre-collection inspection and we verify goods match your order before leaving the supplier.

Pay & We Collect

Pay your invoice. We visit the supplier, collect your goods and bring them to our JHB warehouse for dispatch.

Shipped to Zambia

Goods dispatched to Lusaka within 5–7 working days of collection. Collect from depot or door delivery available.

What is the SA warehouse address?

76 Hilston Street, Kya Sands, Randburg, Gauteng, 2169. Mobile: 063 479 8469. When shipping, name your parcel: SPL + Your Name (e.g. SPL Thandiwe Banda).

How long does delivery take?

5–7 working days from the time goods are received and packaged at our Johannesburg warehouse. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When do I pay?

Once we receive your goods and confirm receipt, we send you an invoice. Payment must be made before goods are dispatched. For shopping requests, payment is required before we purchase anything.

How do I pay?

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money and bank transfer. Bank details are provided on your invoice. Send proof of payment via WhatsApp to confirm.

What items can I ship?

Any goods that are legally allowed into Zambia by ZRA (Zambia Revenue Authority). We do not transport prohibited or restricted items. Clients are responsible for ensuring their goods are legally importable.

Do you deliver outside Lusaka?

Standard delivery is collection from our Lilayi Estates depot in Lusaka. Door-to-door within Lusaka is available at extra cost. Outside Lusaka is handled through third-party delivery services — contact us for a quote.

What happens if there is a delay?

We communicate all delays promptly via WhatsApp. Delays can be caused by customs, road conditions or store processing. Our terms and conditions cover delay scenarios and we always resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Is my shipment insured?

We handle all goods with great care. In the event of loss or damage, we assess each situation individually based on what happened and our terms and conditions. Contact us for more details on coverage.
